Our inspectors receive training through the American Home Inspectors Training Institute, An ASHI approved School. After graduating from AHIT, our inspectors go through 60 days of field training. In that time, the new inspector shadows a seasoned inspector who is conducting the inspection. At the end of the inspection, the reports are compared for consistency and accuracy.

Our goal is to maintain a high degree of consistency in our communications and documentation. Our inspectors work continually to see through the same eyes. Decisions based on facts and standards, not subjective opinions.
