Accurate Home Inspections complies with the ASHI standards of practice. The American Society of Home Inspectors sets operating parameters and guidelines for the home inspection process.

Our certified inspectors will perform a non-intrusive visual inspection of the house including, Roofing, Structural, Heating/Cooling, Electrical, Plumbing, and the Garage. We also pay attention to grade drainage and exterior indicators of current or future concerns.

Our Certified Inspectors will visually look at over 2,500 different items in the house in a 2 to 3 hour period. Our Inspectors prefer to have customers accompany them during the inspection process. This allows us to highlight features and benefits of the house, as well as deficiencies which may need repair or replacement. We gladly answer any and all questions during the entire inspection process.

At the completion of the inspection, Our inspectors will review the summary of recommended repairs or concerns with the customer. We encourage our customers to read the entire on-site report as well as the summary report for a full scope of the inspection. Our inspectors promptly return calls to customers, Realtors, handymen, contractors or any verification as needed to assist you in completing your home purchase.
